My name is Cory Guinn and I am a professional photographer based in Middle Tennessee. I graduated from Nashville State with a degree in Visual Communications for Photography in the summer of 2017. While attending Nashville State I received the Cathy O’Bryant Memorial Scholarship, was published in Nashville Arts Magazine, became a leading member of the Portfolio Showcase Planning Committee of 2017, and placed first in the photography department (second overall) in the NSCC Portfolio Showcase of 2017.

My inspiration comes from fashion, music, and queer culture. I am influenced by the works of other great photographers such as Richard Avedon, Annie Leibovits, and David LaChapelle. My favorite artists like to push boundaries and break down walls.
